I work with Priestley to conduct interdisciplinary research, organise events, and seminars with respect to climate action. Writing concept notes for new projects/initiatives.

Priestley Climate Scholar

[2022 - 2024]

As a Priestley Climate Scholar, during 2022-2024, I have spearheaded an ambitious project gathering 20+ authors from different disciplines to write together a monograph/edited volume. This book is forthcoming with Routledge on 2025.

Further, as part of UNFCCC Task Force in University of Leeds, where I serves as youth/student representative, and Priestley Centre for Climate Futures—I was a delegate to UNFCCC COP28 in UAE, UNFCCC SB60 in Bonn, and COP29 in Baku, Azerbaijan.

Webinar:

This online event offered the University of Leeds community an opportunity to meet members of their COP28 delegation. The webinar begins with an overview of COP28 and outline its importance: both scientific and political. Further listening to several members of the delegation about their planned activities and hopes for the negotiations.
